How Does it Work?
We bring in a manager, a sales team, and merchandise depending on what the situation demands. The event manager will maintain the guaranteed profit margin, handle the sales staff, place the advertising upon the owner’s approval, and organize paper work and reports. Any merchandise brought in by Performance Management (at the owner’s request) will be used to increase volume, and be brought in at no risk to the owner. Together Performance Management and the owner decide on the quality and amount. The store pays for the cost of sold goods only. Whatever is left we will remove at no cost.
